RoadPas Delivery is a medicine-only courier platform we designed and built. Pharmacies book and track deliveries, the courier team dispatches every run, drivers confirm each delivery from their phones, and patients get updates along the way, with HIPAA safeguards on every layer.
What we built
One platform for pharmacies, dispatch, drivers and patients
Pharmacy portal
Pharmacies request deliveries, get a quote up front and follow every order to the door. Orders can also come straight from the pharmacy’s own system or through an API.
Dispatch and operations
The courier team plans and assigns runs and keeps a chain of custody from pickup to delivery.
Driver app
Drivers pick up at the pharmacy, deliver, and record proof of delivery on their phones, in English or Spanish.
Patient updates
Patients get text or email updates as their delivery moves, from order received to driver nearby to delivered.
Security
Built with HIPAA safeguards on every layer
Medicine deliveries carry patient information, so privacy was a requirement from the first line of code.
